Calls are answered from 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. There is no form on this site because a pest problem is faster to solve out loud than in a text box.
Have four answers ready and the call takes ninety seconds: what the insect looked like, where you saw it, what time of day, and whether there was anything underneath it, sawdust, droppings or dark spotting.
What to have ready
- The pest, described plainly. Size, colour, wings or no wings, and how many you have seen.
- The location. Kitchen counter, bathroom wall, attic, crawl space, lawn, under the deck.
- The timing. Daytime, dusk, after dark. Carpenter ants forage at dusk, roaches after midnight.
- Anything underneath. Coarse sawdust means carpenter ants. Rice-grain droppings mean mice. Dark ink-dot spotting on a mattress seam means bed bugs.
- How long it has been going on. This changes the treatment more than anything else you can tell us.

A yellowjacket nest beside a front door, a walkway or a play area, a wasp nest inside a wall void, or a rodent in a living space all get moved up. Call rather than wait. If anyone on the property has a known sting allergy, do not attempt anything yourself.
